PHM Registry Editor is a very clean and user friendly Free Registry Editor for Windows Mobile devices. Unlike some other Mobile Registry Editors, this stand alone Registry Editing utility is installed to and can be run directly from the Windows Mobile device, enabling it’s user to make Windows Mobile registry changes on the go without requiring remote access for editing.

How to install PHM Registry Editor:
- Download PHM Registry Editor and copy the .CAB file to your Windows Mobile device
- Click the regedit.Stngr_ARM.CAB file from your Windows Mobile device to perform the install
- Navigate to Start-> Programs and click the PHM Registry Editor icon to run the program
