How to install .Net Compact Framework 3.5 on Pocket PC
- Connect your Windows Mobile device to your PC via activesync
- Download the .Net Compact Framework 3.5 to your PC
- Double click NETCFSetupv35.msi to run the installer
- Follow the onscreen instructions to perform the installation
