One unique feature of Ariel Batter Monitor is that it can be used in place of the “Start button” in the taskbar or moved to other locations in the taskbar. Ariel Battery Monitor requires roughly 21KB of free space for complete installation.

VistaHide Battery Gauge - Windows Mobile

VistaHide Battery Gauge is a FREE very thin color gradient bar battery indicator that, once installed, appears at the top of your Windows Mobile Screen. On a full charge, the thin indicator takes up the width of the screen. As your battery drains, the the indicator width is reduced. The color gradient goes from red (low battery) to green (full battery). The VistaHide Battery Gauge is a stand alone application and requires roughly 12KB of free space to run. This is our personal favorite of all battery gauges tested.
